Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. These costs will be displayed during checkout.

• The Netherlands: from €9.85

• Belgium: from €11.85

Free Shipping Thresholds

• The Netherlands: free shipping on orders over €100

• Belgium, France & Germany: free shipping on orders over €150

For all other countries listed above, shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on weight and location.

Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 17:00 (5 PM) on working days, Tuesday through Saturday, are processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 17:00, or on Sunday/Monday, will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a Track & Trace email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are based on PostNL estimates and apply once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are indicative and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs processing (especially for UK/non-EU destinations).

Customs Fees (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU including the United Kingdom customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by CakesInc.Nails.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Important Information for International Customers

• All international shipments include Track & Trace.

• Delivery times depend on local carriers and customs handling.

• Ensure your address is entered correctly to avoid delays or extra costs.

• Customs fees or import taxes may apply (especially for UK or non-EU regions).

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cakesnails.com, including clear photos of the damage.
For missing packages, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please verify your shipping details before completing your order.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, any additional costs or return fees will be charged to the customer.
